Welcome to our website! We have personally written and designed this site in a friendly and informative way that will allow you to learn more about the many opportunities that await you and your child at Angie's Dance Academy.

Aside from our 15,000 sq. foot facility and the lowest tuition fee charges in WNC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our experienced staff will listen to the desires you have for your child's arts education and will provide answers to all your questions. Simply stated, we are out to make lifelong friends of our dance family members. Our instructors are certified to teach by test through Dance Masters of America, continue their educational training annually, and have produced many pre-professional and professional dancers.

While it may seem more convenient to register your child for dance or gymnastics "on line", it lacks the personalized touch that is the backbone of A.D.A. We prefer to be present when your child's face lights up at seeing his or her new dance studio. We look forward to meeting you and shaking your hand, and we will feel privileged to share our literature with you personally. The web is a great tool for researching services but more often, human contact and communication is the best way to create lasting relationships.

So why not take an afternoon drive to Clyde and let's talk "dance". We are a short 25 minutes from Asheville and getting to our facility is easy. Just take I-40 West (from Asheville) to Exit 27 "Clyde/Lake Junaluska". Then take the Clyde Exit #106 which loops around under the overpass. At the first red light, turn Left onto Morgan Street. Cross the railroad tracks and take the next Right onto Glance Street. We are the large gray building on the left at the end of Glance Street.

Who we are

Angie's Dance Academy opened in 1991 and has since grown to be among the most respected dance

schools in the area. This year the Academy will be celebrating 19 years of excellence in the arts.

Located in Clyde, North Carolina, Angie's Dance Academy provides residents of the region with a state of the art dance instruction facility. In fact, with 15,000 square feet of space, the facility is among the largest in the southeastern United States. The Academy contains five dance studios with professional dance flooring, floor to ceiling mirrors, two dressing areas, two large waiting areas, and ample parking areas.

Additionally, the Dance Express store which is conveniently located on our campus, allows students to choose from a wide array of dance wear and supplies.

The faculty of Angie's Dance Academy extends to each and every student a warm welcome into our wonderful world of dance where we will endeavor to offer the highest standards of dance education in the attractive surroundings of our modern new facility. A willingness to learn, a favorable attitude, good attendance and dedication are key factors for accomplishment within the Academy.

We realize a majority of our students may not become professional dancers, but the graceful athleticism, the joy and the disciplines of dance experiences with our highly qualified faculty will enhance whatever vocation they choose to follow.
